Well, you could have the "essure' procedure done (find out more at www.essure.com), however it is a permanent form of BC so you will have to be sure that's what you want. Another option is the "Paraguard" copper wound IUD. It uses no hormones and is good for ten years. A female house mate of mine had one put in and she did not have too much trouble with it.
