Should I do Insanity being 50+ lbs overweight?

dude you doing good\. omit any thing the could add damage to ankles; stop eating bread, chips, candy, potato regular pop/soda and drink crystal light or something similar; anything that is white, add lots of salads but no dressing stuff; eat nuts--very good, limited amount of fruits, and lots, lots of of vegetables, eat meat--about once or twice per week if you do eat meat, eat eggs and if you can, buy liquid eggs or egg whites, eat chicken, fish--even canned tuna is good but NO mayo--its just fat. and one more thing, the reading on the net does not account for you build but an "average' size person and you might not be average so workout and when you feel good about where you stay there and just continue as you are. 100 cals can easily be burned even by reading or washing you car so that is not a biggie
