My Bf is considering having a vasectomy and I have a few concerns about it. Will it affect his sex drive? Will he still ejaculate? Is there a chance the operation won't be successful? How long will he won't be able to have sex? Will sex be pleasurable still for him? How long will he be in pain? Thank you :)
