Custom plastic snow globes made online?

I have asked this question 3 times and I am getting annoyed. What website will allow me to create a custom plastic (half-dome kind of plastic) snow globe with no minimum purchase. DO NOT SAY SNOWGLOBECENTRAL.COM OR ZAZZLE. I need a web site which will allow me to upload a photo and fix it then buy it with a simple white base and name plate.
