Permanent birth control? Opinions, please?

My husband got a vasectomy done and we have never had a problem. They will test his sperm count after the procedure. My husband had to ejaculate into a cup and bring it in for testing. This is how they ensure you are good to go. It was a quick procedure and my husband was a little sore for the day. He only took one day off and was back to work. I'm so happy we opted for this as it makes things so much easier. We didn't want anymore kids after our second so it just made sense.
