Are my contacts in the US charged when they text me while using Globe itxt in the Philippines?

I'm in the Philippines for a few weeks and am using a Globe-enabled phone with the itxt 50 promo. It's, in a sense, free for me to text back home to the US, but are the recipients of my texts being charged to send and receive?
