I fell in love with someone, but he is across the globe...?

He lives in the US and I am from Russia.. I am very much in love with him as he is with me, but the distance is a bit rough.. Not enough to drag our relationship down, but enough to effect us. We talk about meeting soon, but we're unsure how it will work.. Any thoughts on the relationship or our meeting..?
