Lost sensation in testicles after vasectomy?

My husband had a vasectomy around april 24th 2011 and still says the feeling in his balls is not the same as it used to be. He has also lost some of his sex drive and hardness. Im putting it down to stress and that he is probably still healing. Anyone else experienced this?
