Is it good to 5'2 at 13 going on to 14?

I haven't grown ever since I measured myself at Febuary something 2011. I was 5'0 at the beginning of 8th grade and grew to 5'2 at Febuary something. Thats the biggest growth spurt i had, is that my last? I've been sleeping alot 8-10 hours of sleep everyday since summer which was May. Any tips for me to get taller.
