Are there any services that help defray the cost of vasectomy reversal?

The cost of a reversal once it is all said and done (surgery, followup, IVF, labs, etc) will be about 20K. That is a "drop the bucket" compared to what your new vanity item (child) will cost. If you can not afford the sugery, then you can not afford a baby.
