Can conception date be off by two weeks?

well one surefire way to know who the daddy is is to only have sex with one person..now she will have to get a DNA test. and god yes conception dates can be off by 2 weeks. mostly everything in pregnancy can be off by 10-14 days and usually is, according to my mother who has had 6 kids.
