If the 39 clues books are real, then is the Cahill family branch real?

i just finished reading all 10 books. i wanna no if there are any powerful Cahill families scattered around the globe. if u read this question, tell me, r u a cahill??? also, if you know all the 39 ingredients , tell me WHAT they r!!!!! because, once i get a hold of all those 39 ingredients, i will become the most powerful-est person on this planet!!!
