You say that you have irregular bleeding which means you have some kind of hormonal imbalance like poly-cystic ovaries syndrome (PCOS) which causes irregular bleeding and amenorrhea-the absence of menstrual bleeding. When I was diagnosed wt PCOS, I didn't get my period for 3 months and like you thought I was pregnant. You need to get an ultrasound scan to see if this is the case or if you have other uterine problems like fibroids. I wouldn't wait too long to get a proper check-up and a Pap Smear and the costs for a scan and pap smear will not cost so much no matter where you are in the world. Good luck.
