NCFM (Normal CFM) is the flow in CFM measured at normal condition?

my question is that at outlet of screw compressor temperature is about 35 degree Celsius and pressure is about 8 -10 kg/cm2 so volumetric flow rate measured should be according to 35degree c and 8 -10 kg/cm2 why it is written normal (CFM) @ compressor outlet? y it is converted to NCFM?
