If people feel there is such a problem with unwanted children in the state and too many to care for...?

Then why make it so difficult for men to get a vasectomy? For the men who want it why make them talk to so many doctors, have a certain amount of kids bla bla bla. If a 16 year old get knocked up, she can abort without having to tell her parents or the father. Grown men however have to pretty much beg to get a vasectomy to PREVENT and unwanted pregnancy or an abortion. Don't tell me about condoms, they break, slip off, and can be tampered with. It feels like society likes to knock the windows out of a house and then complain when the rain seeps in.
