The movie "Source Code" is supposed to be set in Chicago. Were all the movie scenes filmed in the Chicago area?

I saw the 'Source Code' at the dollar theatre today. I know they don't always film where a movie is supposed to take place...and in this case the movie is set in the Chicago area. Is that silver globe in the plaza area a location in Chicago? That's a real neat structure.
